There are a lot of recipies that call for poached eggs. I haven't found a good way to do it other than to make a mess: and technology has come to my rescue. It turns out that Vons sells a microwave "egg poacher" that, with a little experimentation on cooking time, does the job quite nicely.

Suddenly, hash with a poached egg and spinach is a dinner: three fast things to make pretty much straight from the can/box/container. I suppose I could even get fancy and cream the spinach, but that might make it too runny to share the plate with the hash...

Any suggestions on creamed spinach recipies?
