Evidently, Putin thinks that is clever, or meaningful.

The simple response, however, is, "I am. Now, about your attempts to centralize control..."

Putin evidently believes we are incompentant to manage more than one thing at a time. However, the fact that I can't do everything perfectly will never be an argument to restrict my range of activities: since I can't be perfect at any one thing. Of course, neither can anyone else, including Putin.
