Insurance Mess Standard

Insurance is an interesting product: basically, it is a contract in which the first page says "You are covered" and every susequent page says, "Unless, of course, something happens to you." The courts get called in, and regulators get called in, and the whole question is how seriously one could take the disclaimed responsibilitry. There are hundreds of these "coverage'Decisions, and every state has their own list of when to stop beieving the contract.
