A New Credo for the Hyperpower: Give In

The latest attempt to get the United States to give in to foolishness (well, there are few other ways to describe the Kyoto Climate Change Treaty) arises from a former member of the State Department who is looking for international consulting contracts -- or so I assume. It's amazing how many members of that department believe that their job is to represent the interests of other countries to the United States, and not the other way around.
